So, how does guaranteed rent work? It's quite simple! You receive payment on the same day each month, even if a tenant fails to pay their rent. So gone is the need to worry about whether or not you receive your rental payments each month.
The latest statistics show that in the first two months of this year 13.7% of all property rent was in arrears. As of February the monthly figure has increased, and it's now estimated that 7.6% of all rent is in arrears. This is even higher than the annual figure.
